Responsibilities:
  • Staff Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews and ensure a fair and unbiased selection process.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events and related awards and student recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations into employee issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate goal-setting processes.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
  • Oversee employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Support career development and succession planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Organize employee events, activities, and recognition programs.
  • Implement surveys to gather feedback and assess employee satisfaction.
  • HR Information Systems:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CHRP designation is preferred 
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in human resources roles, with a focus on management.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptability:
